Filling out my application online was simple and easy, unlike my experience in the restaurant waiting to interview. I checked in with the hostess and was asked who I was supposed to meet, I told her Sierra and was seated at a table. She comes back and asks me if I'm in the correct restaurant as there isn't a woman by the name Sierra.
She ends up bringing over a manager, whom never talked to me but is standing next to my table; he tells her that the woman was their Human Resource manager and to get another manager for me to talk to. I wait about 10 more minutes before she comes over and asked if I filled out an application, of course I did. She has me fill out another one and will be back to talk to me. While I'm filling out the application, they seat 3 people at the table I'm sitting at.
I finish my application and I see the manager look at me and then proceed to talk to the servers in the back and stand around. I decided to leave, my time is more valuable than that. I sat there for almost 30 minutes without even being asked any interview questions.
It was very easy and thorough, I didn’t need second interview! I was there for three years. The staff is great as well as management. I was only asked three questions and my experience.
