I applied online and received an email to have a phone interview with the recruiter who was in Washington state. After that phone interview she said the next step would be another phone interview with the Hiring manager. That got scheduled and he failed to call at the scheduled time. Once we got to speak he said he would like for me to speak to another manager. That was scheduled and then HE missed our scheduled time, said that he forgot to put it on his calendar. I ended up having to be the one to call him. After we spoke he said that I should hear back in a week or so if they wanted to bring someone on site for a face to face. Its been over a month with no response. I contacted the recruiter and she told me that she spoke to the hiring manager the day before and asked me if he had reached out. I told her no and even she hasnt responded. They are very unprofessional and want to low ball the pay for all that you will have to do. You have to be responsible for an entire area of the state but not even get paid market value for this position.
