Quick 20-minute phone interview, basic screening from an analyst at one of their branches. Included basic resume run-down and a few behavioral "fit" questions pertaining to the industry in question.
Very good. Basic investment banking questions most of interview was behavioral and felt very conversational. was able to ask questions to interviewer and seemed like good culture at bank compared to other banks
A lot of tough technical questions about accounting were asked, but the finance technical questions were as expected from the 400 breaking into wall street guide. The interviewers were nice.

The interview starts with a normal screening process then some interviews over phone and then super day. Super day was Half behavioral and then half technical with around 5 people from Asso. to VP
