Completely unprofessional. Was slotted for a 45-minute interview which ended after 5 minutes. No communication, no follow-up. Was told my knowledge on the banking industry wasn't up to par and they wanted to keep looking even though I was never asked any questions about the banking industry - I was only asked lazy questions about my hobbies. Completely frustrating experience.
