Very friendly, appropriate, knew what they were looking for and we worked together to come up with the right job description and to draft a plan for success. I had to meet with several managers and process took about a month.

The process seemed fairly standard. I met with the Marketing Coordinator who was kind and friendly for an initial 1:1. We spoke about my past experiences, why I was looking for a job and why I applied for the position. Nothing was out of the ordinary.
