I did a phone interview followed by a Zoom call and multiple in-person interviews. I echo an earlier review that noted the staff seemed uncomfortable. There was staff turnover during my interview process. I was frustrated that I traveled to their office multiple times and did not receive a timely rejection. The whole process took weeks and a good amount of my time. The staff seemed very positive about my candidacy, but I felt immediate pushback when I shared I was comfortable with working 2 days in the office instead of 3. The job description required only 2 days. Many questions had a negative edge, asking how I handle conflict and push back on leadership. A lot of the work I spoke with leadership about was not in the actual job description. I was so excited to interview them and walked away disappointed in my experience.
