Entrevista
I was initially contacted by an HR employee for a phone interview. This lasted about 10 minutes and just was about "fit" in the company and basic background. I had a follow up interview in person, 1 on 1, with another HR employee. This lasted about 20 mintues and was about past experiences, how I could contribute to the company, my long term goals (i.e. Staying with the company), and ethics (since you are dealing with many individuals finances.) I was contacted later that afternoon for a job offer.

Very easy going and cool interviewer which made any nervousness low. Overall the interview was quick and you just need surface level knowledge of the company essentially. This is my personal experience.

Entrevista
Extremely impersonal, an automated video interview without clear direction. My credentials are well within outstanding bounds however I am not early 20's. Without stating, age seems to be an issue and other excuses are given. Would never recommend or apply again.

It was okay. They gave me a hard time about my professional references. The lady I dealt with was rude. Their receptionist out front was very polite and kind. Most of the people in the building gave off a very snobby vibe.
