The discussions focused mainly on my past work experience, relevant skills, and how they align with the role. They also asked about my expectations regarding responsibilities, growth opportunities, and compensation. Overall, the process was detailed, structured, and professionally handled.

I was emailed for an interview and was asked to provide days and times that would work for me. I emailed back immediately. I never heard back, I followed up 2 times and was ghosted. I even had a referral from a currently employee. Advice to your hiring team, have some class and respond. Why would you reach out to someone and get their hope up for a job when you are not really interested.
