Called for interview at 11 am. After 2 hours i met HR lady... She taken only 3 minutes for interview and asked only 2 questions.. She was spending only 3 min..with each candidates. I was shocked, it was joke or interview

1. Telephonic Round 2. One to One interview - 1st round 3. Final Interview. The process if not well laid. It majorly depends on what position the hiring is being done for and who is doing the hiring. The interview can get closed in one round also and offer made or it can extend to 4-5 rounds.
