Positive experience. Met with CEO and other senior leaders. Interview process was a little disjointed and there were signs of senior leadership friction showing, but likely attributable to recent funding and pressure to deliver.

Entrevista
Applied online, but also have a connection who knows someone in executive management. Got a call back within a week for a Talent Acquisition interview/screen. Moved ahead with the Hiring Manager the following week, and a 3 hour panel interview after. Nearly all of the questions were "soft skills", which speaks to the desire to hire good people and the willingness to teach some new skills/concepts.

Entrevista
The process includes a 30-minute initial phone screening with HR, a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager, and a 3-hour panel interview with 4-5 team members of the company.
Getting a response from the recruiter to move forward through the hiring steps was like pulling teeth. It took a week for her to reply to my email set up the initial screening, another 1.5 weeks to set up the call with the hiring manager, and finally another week to set up the panel interview. After being assured after the panel interview that they will have a decision within a week, I have not heard anything, despite sending follow-up emails. I can only assume that I have been very unprofessionally ghosted and have had my time wasted during these 6 weeks.
