Their pre interview process sounds like a scam. They sent a message on LinkedIn after my application saying I was selected for the next step with a link to complete a more extensive review. The Google form questionnaire had multiple scenarios such as create a blog post, create a travel itinerary for a family etc. All which took time to complete. Only to be ghosted by them. It now seems it was more to get peoples ideas and use them internally. Don't think they were really hiring.

They contacted me via mail to have a Zoom call and we agreed on the time of the meeting. The interviewer didn't show up and ignored any contact after that.
