Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela TuSimple (Phoenix, AZ) em jun. de 2019
Entrevista
Applied online. After 10-15 days, the HR seems to have shortlisted me and scheduled a time to call to take it further.
During the call, I was asked from my resume that matches the job responsibilities. For eg. - Experience with Python; Experience with what all sensors have I used so far.
I felt quite comfortable to talk with him and the phone call went well. But, for some reasons they didn't see me as the best fit for the position.
I guess maybe they needed someone who was strong in Python, but me being a typical Matlab guy.

The process was 4 total rounds, over the course of 2 weeks. I spoke with 3 different members of the team and 2 different team leads. Questions were mainly relating to my previous experience and technical knowledge of various sensors. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and Sarah from HR was a big help throughout the process.

I applied for the position through the company's website. There were two rounds of interviews and both of them are technical questions. I was reached by HR and scheduled a one-hour interview with a team.
Then, I waited about four weeks to have the second interview. The interviewers are professional and friendly. They will help you out if you cannot answer their questions.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa TuSimple.
Entrevista
The interviewer was extremely unprofessional and rude. Late for five minutes for the interview and didn't apologize or find an excuse for that. Didn't say a word about the position and company. The entire interview went like he didn't know he had an interview scheduled with me. There was one subject field of the sensor development process I didn't know quite well and then the interviewer told me it's completely unnecessary to continue the interview process.
I understand they get a lot of their engineers from outside the U.S. but TuSimple really should give their interviewers a fundamental training session on how to ask interview questions and respond like an industry professional.
