First step was a timed online coding assessment through hackerrank. The assessment itself was relatively simple but the instructions were not very clear and there was no way to ask for clarification.

Was asked a coding question. The interviewers weren't helpful and only cared about getting the output. No guidance or hints were given. Did not seem like a good fit for me.
Applied online, recruiter reached out. Did two 1-hour interviews, mainly about C++ and operating system concepts with coding questions like leetcode. Used another company's offer to expedite the process. Recruiters are responsive and friendly.
