The recruiter contacted me to do a phone screen and it went well. She recommended I move onto the next stage to interview with the hiring manager. Afterwards, they asked me to complete an assignment. They gave me a brief with a crisis situation. I had to draft an executive communication in response to the sample crisis situation. I didn't move past this stage and they sent me an email to let me know a week or so later.
