Had a total of 2 interviews. First was with the director of the department. Asked situational questions. After a few weeks at most was called back for a second interview where I met and interviewed with other managers of the department. They again asked situational questions. The process took a number of weeks, but they were good about emailing me to let me know they were still interested in speaking with me.
