I had around 4-5 total interviews including speaking with all the Co-Founders. The interviews themselves are not very difficult and the questions asked were not very challenging or probing. The process from me completing the interviews to getting a rejection email took around two months which is the only reason I mark this as a negative experience. There are no updates shared by the HR unless I asked. The interviewers are actually very good to talk to and the Company is doing great work. I just wish they would improve their recruiting and candidate experience.
