Half hour screening with someone. I did my research prior to the meeting, asked for more information about the company and she got mad. There is remotely nothing positive to say about working here, and they know it. From that point on, I knew this wasn't a good fit. If they're expecting a unicorn candidate to join this pile of red flags of an organization, they're living in another reality. I know not to expect a lot from a 6-year startup but they don't bother putting on an act. Don't expect to stay here for a long time.
