Three phase process - 1. Coding Test. 2. Verbal questions. 3. Special round in Turing interviews where we are asked to judge two different responses given by a AI bot to a user.

The coding test was object-oriented analysis related one.
The verbal questions were related to python internals like decorators, multi-threading & limitations, unit testing & integration testing strategy.
After online exams, you have an interview, where you need to live-code. The questions are medium- hard, 1and 2 can be solved easily and 3,4 hard and 5th is difficult. You can solve first 4 but last one is very difficult.
