2 steps. First one is just application and the second one is video interview. I understand that video interview is efficient but it feels strange. Because there's no one asking questions. The questions are showing up on the screen and you are responsible to answer them by yourself. I think if there's anything that guides you it'll make people feel more comfortable.

1 minute is given for thinking the question after that you have only 2 minutes to explain. The questions mainly aim the crisis management and past expreince about similar positions.
