I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. I had an initial Zoom interview with the supervisor which went extremely well. After 2 weeks I had a second interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went well. 3 weeks later, after following up with the recruiter, I had a third interview with the CTO, which went very well. 3 more weeks later after following up with the recruiter, I get some vague nonsense about they want someone that's excited about building the team, which i wasn't ever told about building any team, but I guess that's the excuse they wanted to go with.

Entrevista
Was contacted via Linkedin via Recruiter who called 15 minutes late and I had already moved on to other work related activities. I decided to take the call since I had already scheduled the time. The recruiter had some canned questions to ask and gave me answers to questions on quota, average sale, territory, etc. The numbers didn't add up and was my first red flag. I didn't apply for the job in the traditional way (I was contacted directly by a recruiter based on my LinkedIn profile) so I decided to have a demo of the software to learn more about the company and went on to the web page to schedule one. It took two days for the BDR to get back to me and when he did, he said that he doesn't do demos but could direct me to websites that is using the software. If I was a customer I would move on to the next company selling this service which is why I decided to end the interview process and not pursue this company. If you are a sales rep that wants to actually make money selling a product, you will not have the processes in place to actually do it with this company. Good Luck!

Entrevista
The contract recruiter reached out, we spoke briefly and then put me in touch with the hiring manager. Had a couple of calls with the hiring manager, then met with a couple of other sales people, product team and founder. Overall, very easy process and lasted a few weeks. It was concerning because my questions couldn't be answered because out of the 6 people I met with (exception being the founder) because nobody had been there beyond 90 days. With further research, I found a tremendous amount of turnover which was concerning about the culture and product.
