Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Turnaround for Children em set. de 2021
Entrevista
The initial step was a simple phone screen (via Zoom) that only took about 30-40 minutes. It was fairly straightforward and I really appreciated the time my interviewer spent responding to all my questions about the organization. At this point, I was getting very good vibes about Turnaround and was excitedly hopeful that I'd get to move on to the next stage. They were decently quick to get back to me (about 1 week) and I moved forward to the assessment stage. I completed the assessment and emailed the accompanying documents to them. All in all, I spent around three hours completing the assessment. My contact emailed me back to confirm she had received the documents and that they would get back to me soon. Unfortunately, that was over a month ago. I have tried to reach out but received no response. It's one thing for organizations and companies to ghost applicants that have only submitted an application. That I can understand. It's an entirely different thing to ghost an applicant who has had an initial interview and spent time completing an assessment. At that point, I had already dedicated close to four hours of my time to the interview process alone. Sending an email noting that they didn't want to move forward with the interview process with me would have taken five minutes. Ghosting a candidate post-assessment stage seems incredibly unprofessional, rude, and just plain insulting to me. If that's how they treat potential employees, then I think I dodged a bullet with this one.
