I met with the Superintendent and Project engineer over zoom. I was asked a series of questions with which I had to provide specific experiences as responses. Most of the questions had to do with character and how I had reacted to different situations.

It felt very quick and informal. No questions about the technical details of the job. Expectation seemed to just show basic interest and knowledge about the company. Response time back with offer was timely.
