I got an interview within a few days of applying. The first interview was half an hour. The interviewer was friendly and he asked a couple of STAR method interview questions. I received a call for a second interview about a week after the first. This interview was a series of half hour interviews with a few professionals (head of HR, recruiter, project managers, project engineerings, etc.) and consisted of more STAR method interview questions. All of these interviewers were friendly as well. Received an offer after 1+ months.

Had an initial conversation at my career fair, then was invited back for an interview the next day, then went for a second round interview in their Detroit office where I talked to several members of the staff.
