Submit resume, conducted HR screening interview. Upon conclusion, the hiring process was outlined and I was told they would contact me to move forward with next interview. There was no response after one week, so I emailed to check in and again, no response.

Slow to start, Took 3 weeks to organised interview. Vague questions. Questions about why I wanted to work there (not about the role). Said they would provide feedback but this has yet to be shared

The interview process begins with an initial screening call with the HR representative, followed by a competency and team-fit interview with an Associate Director from the same division, and finally a strategic discussion with the Project Director overseeing the portfolio.”

Teams interview. Introduction to the position. Questions regarding my experience and salary expectations. The interview was overall fairly laid back, no technical questions. They did ask why I was pursuing a career in project management and transitioning from design engineering.
