Interview itself with HR went great, basic questions and the lady said that the department head would be in contact for a few more questions. Department head never called, even after a few follow ups. The ghosting after being told I was more than qualified and likely to get the positions was disheartening.

Interview was pretty straight forward with normal questions. They talked about the new sports book that was opening up but I was more surprised with the low offer they were looking to make to someone.
