Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Turo (Scottsdale, AZ) em mar. de 2018
Entrevista
I applied online through LinkedIn back in January. Shortly thereafter I had a casual call with the hiring recruiter who let me know while I met the qualifications need to proceed with the interview process, I had applied at the tail end of their initial hiring process. That being said, they let me know they would be in touch when new positions opened up.
Come late February I was subsequently set up for a 1:1 phone interview with one of the Claims Supervisors. This was a more in-depth interview with a series of 15 required questions.
Afterwards I was given a case study.
Finally, I was moved on to a panel interview with 6 people on the Turo team. While I did not receive an offer, overall the entire process was smooth, and everyone I had the opportunity to speak with was friendly and offered a wealth of knowledge about the company, the industry, and their individual time with Turo.
Should more positions open up in the future, I will definitely be applying again.

Entrevista
The interview process was very relaxed and well managed. My recruiter was very good about keeping me updated about next steps and provided great information of what to expect. It was not as formal as most job interviews which made you feel welcomed and valued while making the conversation more comfortable.

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Turo (Scottsdale, AZ).

I initially received a phone call from a recruiter and we had a nice conversation about what Turo has to offer. Afterwords, I received a phone call from the Claims Supervisor who laid out the requirements for the job and asked me some standard questions you would here when applying for a customer focused position. After our pleasant conversation I was sent a few case studies to do before the official interview was set up. They were set up as response emails to customers, and I would recommend thoroughly reviewing Turo's terms of service as a guide.
After I submitted my case studies, I was set up for my in person interview. Two hours of interviews felt daunting at first, but the staff at Turo were extremely friendly and easy to speak with. it was definitely interesting hearing from members of each department to get a better understanding of the company and their overall mission statement. I would recommend having a long list of questions prepared, as you will be meeting with four different interviewers. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant and informative experience.
