Very typical tech interview :(. I wasn't actually searching for a new role, but after reading some positive reviews about interviews I thought I'd give it a shot since I love the service!
I felt judged for slip-ups, and the problems were not real-world type situations. I solved the first question asked in a few minutes, however the interviewer wanted a different approach which dragged out over half the interview. It felt like they were looking off a key card and were thinking "that works, but that's not what I have here". No questions about why I wanted to join the team, I'm guessing they're looking more for college grads. It was only 1 hour which was nice.

Recruiter reached out and sent a coding challenge. Composed of 5 coding questions you have to answer in 1:15 hr. 3 were simple and 2 were leetcode hard and not doable for the time given. Not worth the time and effort because the questions they provide need more time. I rather go to FAANG.

Entrevista
Very easy going. The process was a chat with a recruiter, a phone screen, and then a virtual onsite that was standard (included system design, another coding round, API design, and a behavioral interview). Team was extremely nice, but did not proceed due to low compensation and level did not fit correctly.
