Pretty straight forward interview process. Behavior based questions and case study. Phone screening > Hiring Manager > Case Study review. Was told a decision should be made by end of that week after the final panel interview. Reached out to recruiter the following week to follow up. No response after 2 1/2 weeks. Certainly a disappointing interview process as one wouldn't think a company like Turo would ghost their candidates who make it to late stages of the interview process
