Had to take subject test, write an essay about how I would help a student, and undergo a mock session. The mock session isn't bad. A tutor will take the place of a student who needs help with a concept, and you are supposed to lead the way.

Pretty fast paced interview. Asked basic questions about their company philosophy and the GEMS of HDT Tutoring. Interviewer was very polite. Success in the interview can be very easily achieved as long as one prepares thoroughly before. Luckily, Tutor.com provide all the material one needs to review upon scheduling the interview.
