They were interviewing a lot of other and only gave 15 min per person. I got the impression the interview didn't matter because they were going to hire a large group either way. A little disapointing since I was trying to show my worth and ambition and I felt it was all falling on deaf ears. The interviewer wasn't even my future manager.

it was just a conversation with general director? who was trying to understand if lifestyle of company is suitable for me (flexible scedule, but often working in weekends, often and continious trips to countryside, need to be on the phone 24 hours in a day). she was also trying to anderstand if my personal profile would be attractive to the types of clients that the company has.
