First I had a phone screen with HR, then I was invited to do an in person presentation of my past work for a panel of several interviewers. They were welcoming.

Interview process was very pleasant and seemed to be great people. I was offered the position and told that I would be receiving my offer letter in a few hours. Fast forward 2 days later of asking for the offer, I was told that they are freezing the position and no longer hiring for now. I would not recommend going through their timely interview process for any of their "start-up ideas" as the role might be canceled by the time you get the job.
