Interviewer rushed through questions and seemed uninterested. Also changed interview times twice. Said they'd follow up that week and never did. Interviewer had a terrible phone connection and was barely audible and spent more time talking than asking questions.

I applied mostly because of my personal interest and my ambition to have some challenges... There were several interviews with 6 or even 7 people over phone/Skype. Everything was pretty interesting and I met very professional and positive people. I liked company's culture ;) But the recruitment process needs improvement! I agreed to have more or less final interview-visit @ Twilio office and we agreed that I am now going to vacation for 2 weeks. Then, suddenly, at one warm summer evening I got a standard email (simply: template) thanking me for applying, etc and that the recruitment has been ended. And that in parallel with the fact that I had an interview booked next week after that. I thought it is a mistake, stayed calm next 2 days and then decided to ask - is it a mistake, and is my interview still valid? :) Guess what? They forgot to notify me and cancel the interview. :)
