Very bad interview experience specially the Hiring team they are very slow in responding, I had an interview with HR , then Hiring manager , sr customer success manager which took 2 months , the interview went very well ,after 1 month I got an mail from HR saying they got someone else which is better fit for the role, if they want to say this only they would have mail me bit earlier , keeping me in hope and wasting someone time is not appreciated, Twilio must work on Hiring process.

3-4 rounds of interview, spent a full day in their office and completed an assessment and was not hired for the job. I don't understand why a company sends someone through 4 rounds of interview just to say they went with someone more senior. You knew the experience I had from my resume.

At first I spoke with a Talent Acquisition team member that just asked me pretty basic questions about my background. Then I spoke with the hiring manager interview and was then asked to speak to the director of that team. Each interview as about 45 minutes. Finally I had two "project" interviews. One was with a peer and the other was a group of managers in a mock role play scenario.
