The interview process was initially described as four rounds with various team members, culminating in a final interview with the Head of Marketing. In reality, the process expanded to seven rounds over the course of two months, with the structure changing repeatedly along the way.
Notably, the Head of Marketing was a no-show for two scheduled interviews without prior notice. My experience raised red flags about organizational communication and follow-through.
