The process was relatively quick, and easy. I had just graduated college and was referred by a recruiting service. I began the process by having a rather informal interview with the Human Resources manager. Mostly involving questions related to my goals, achievements, and basic skill set. The second interview was with the Plant Manager, and Assistant Plant Manager in which I revisited the same type of questions as I had previously with Human Resources. Shortly after the second interview, and brief tour of the facilities, I was offered the job.
