Entrevista
I had interviewed at Twitch previously and they reached out to me asking if I was interested in a role they had to offer. Chatted with the hiring manager, and was brought on for an onsite the following week. Loop was a combination of Product, TPMs, Devs, EMs, and Hiring Mgr.

The process was streamlined and moved as quickly as needed. I had a generally good experience compared to other companies but my main issue was with the hiring manager who was dismissive and stated the interview would only be 'practice'. Mind you, this was the last interview out of all loops and to start the interview in the first minute being told that this would be practice was heart shattering.
Moreover, I was rejected with absolutely 0 feedback. I was sent an email with typos stating it's company policy to provide absolutely no feedback to the candidate and they encouraged me to remain enthusiastic about the company.
As disappointed as I am, I am glad I went through the process, but strangely, I am left with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. Proceed with caution and manage your expectations.

Entrevista
I reached out via an employee referral. That week, I spoke with a recruiter for an initial meet and greet over the phone; two days later, I spoke with the hiring manager. I was flown out for an on-site in San Francisco a week later. The entire process took approximately two weeks.
The on-site interview consisted of five one-hour sessions, with a thirty-minute lunch break and tour of the office. Questions were 80% behavioral / situational, 20% technical; interviewers consisted of one TPM Manager, one Engineering Manager, one TPM, one software engineer, and the hiring director.
