I was initially contacted through a job board for an interview and we scheduled an online interview a week after the initial email. The interview lasted ~45 minutes. I was asked scenario questions and general "about you" info. Be familiar with pediatric milestones and assessments (standardized and informal). The interviewer was super nice and made me feel at ease!
