I applied on their website and was immediately sent an email to schedule an interview time. I showed up, and one other person was there (out of a group that was supposed to have -twelve-). They went over the company, pay structure, etc. etc. then had us do one-on-ones. I felt the interview went extremely well, but then I was absolutely ghosted in terms of whether or not I was selected. I followed up twice via phone over the course of two weeks, and either was told 'we'll be in touch shortly' or it went straight to voicemail, with no follow-ups. This left me feeling as though the opportunity was a ghost job- a posting that exists permanently for a position that doesn't.
