I filled in an application form online, then an online interview with two members of a panel. I was then offered a second interview but withdrew my application as the questions asked put me off the role.

The interview process included being up against colleagues for a limited amount of positions, some not being full time support worker roles. The interview itself did not consider years of continuous service and was scored on a points system on how you performed on the day. Feedback was given about the interview on request
