1. Phone conversation with HR - general position preferences and expectation. 2. Online coding test - few simple algo/coding question which can be implemented in c++/python/java. 3. Technical phone interview - some programming and probability/stats questions. 4. Onsite interviews - multiple coding questions in front of the computer with interviewer sitting next to me. A lot of weight and questions were about creating unit tests. The interviews were mixed, I definitely had some really bad experience in one of them when interviewer got out of the room for a while, then came back and didn't even try to understand the solution, claimed that it's clearly suboptimal and ignored any my explanation (I looked this up later, it's a known problem for which I have provided the best known solution). When I tried to follow up with the HR, my email was ignored.
