Unorganized, unresponsive and not enjoyable. There was a lack of communication about the process the whole way through. I was invited for a 3 hr onsite with no feedback after. They mentioned interviewing over 2000 people a year with less than 200 hire rate. It was supposed to sound impressive but is actually terrible considering i'm a recruiter myself. I can't imaging all of the wasted time and resources spent on interviewing people who should not have gotten through the interview process in the first place. There were several reviews pointing to a bad candidate experience and this was very true in my opinion.
