The interview timeline was too long. I applied late March. Phone screen with HR was three weeks later, first interview was 1 hr with hiring manager two weeks after that. There was Python test and then finally, a 5 hr super day was scheduled 6 weeks later. The super day interviews were not organized well. One interviewer did not know what role I was interviewing for. Another interviewer conducted the second half of the interview sitting in the dark like a shadow for some reason Every interviewer asked the same set of questions and there was no clear structure. It was a strange , repetitive experience and a waste of time for both the candidate and interviewers
