I talked to TxDot at a Career Fair and applied on the website. I had a quick phone interview a few weeks later, with simple questions. It was really casual and was easy.

The staff and interviewers were amazing. The interview was thorough and informative. They try to also get to know your personality. The interview may consist of behavioral and situational questions related to the job responsibilities, your experience and skills, and your fit with the company culture.

I filled out an application (Online) then had a phone or in-person interview. They usually have a lot of other activities (career fair, online information sessions) that would really benefit your chances.

Entrevista
I applied online then received phone interview about three to four months later and immediately obtained the position. Overall the process took longer than expected / as experienced in prior years. The interview was very simple and seemed as if they were in a rush to fill intern positions for the summer. No technical questions I was only asked simple questions to test knowledge on the agency and prior work experience.
