Entrevista
HR resource provided a great overview of who Tyler Technologies is and what service they provide. HR seemed very interested in hearing about my skills and career plans and how they might mess with Tyler. They were also prompt an attentive to any questions I had after the interview. From there I has a video interview with the Implementation Manager and another Project Manager who filled in the gaps for the specific role. All in all from application to offer took 3 weeks which in my estimation is very reasonable.
Interview is conducted remotely. There are three rounds, with a final interview that gets you to create a project plan. An initial screening is conducted through a recruiter over the phone.

Interview process consisted of an HR phone interview then a zoom interview with the hiring manager. HR did a great job of setting it up & going over their culture. All communication was mostly done through email which was easy & responsive

Entrevista
The first interview was over the phone and a typical thirty minute intro about the position, the company and myself. Not much stood out as good or bad and the interviewer was pleasant to talk to.
