Met recruiter at college career fair.
Invited for the interview 4 weeks later.
Took a 30 minute IQ test. Pattern recognition / logic
Followed by an HR-type interview, basically walking through the resume.
Had a group interview, did 6 probability questions.
Met with two traders separarely, each time had to answer 2 probability questions + resume/behavioral questions
Met with the head trader. Again 2 probability questions, but more behavioral/stress interview questions.

Technical: Fantastic, overseers helped me code and were interested primarily how i worked, not how well i did. I was assigned to program a game with an algorithm to properly adjust and see how I worked in a team

Easy process, took a few weeks from start to finish, simple(ish) coding challenge, technical interview with a few members of the team, and then a few weeks of waiting. Communication was good and everyone seemed great!
