Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Tylers (Fort Worth, TX).
Entrevista
They walked me around the store for the interview. It was very laid back and not a stressful process. The managers were very chill, I loved working there. Would highly recommend!

Interview was nice. The store was less organized than it should have been, in my opinion. It was a "newer" store, im not sure how much that had to do with the way things went.

They wanted to know what level of friendliness can you bring to the table.
I applied for a Department Lead position, was told in the interview that was below me and they wanted to interview me for essentially HR/assistant manager. 2nd interview the district manager told me to expect a call the next week with an official offer from the store manager. No call that week. I call later in the week to touch base. I'm told someone will call me back. This goes on once a week for three weeks, until the district manager I spoke with told me "You're the one we're interested the most in, but we're still looking." Then a week later I get a message on indeed (on a Saturday) asking if I'm still interested, I say I am and I can talk Monday afternoon. No phone call. Then two weeks after that the official message from indeed they've moved on from my resume.
TLDR: I applied for the job I was qualified to be hired for, they wanted to hire for upper level, no communication, two potential offers, then no communication and then dropped.
I don't care that I didn't get the position (bullet dodged), but don't tell someone to expect a job offer, then make them wait for a month to tell them they're not.
