      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Tyndale Company em set. de 2018

      Entrevista

      The interview process started with a phone interview which was fairly simple and straight forward. The recruiter was very nice and got me excited about the opportunity. I was then called in for an in person interview and told in advance to allow for 3-4 hours (which was nice to I could plan). It actually did take the full 4 hours. There was an interview with the person that would be my manager--she was very nice and the interview was very comfortable. I then met with HR. The HR woman I met with was ok--she wasn't overly friendly and she seemed a little confrontational for an interview. I just didn't get a good feeling from her, but maybe she was having an off day. I them met with the recruiter I spoke with on the phone--again, very nice, friendly and comfortable. From there I had to take several tests--excel, sales, personality, etc. Some seemed a little silly, like predicting patterns, but in the end, no big deal. I was told they would email me another test at home. At this point, I realized the position was a little more sales than I thought, but I still wanted to follow through. I took the test online--it took me another 90 minutes--this was strictly sales related and not what they described the position to be. After taking it, I emailed the recruiter, thanked her for her time and told her I took the test. I was initially informed that they would 100% notify me either way--I was also told that their process can take a few months total so if I get another offer, call to see where I stand. After spending 4 hours there and 1.5 taking a test at home, I never heard another word--and it has been months. No, thank you for your time, we went another direction, etc. I did get another offer and accepted, but I didn't call them because I wanted to see if they ever called or emailed--they did not. It's a shame because in all honesty, it seemed like a great company to work for and everyone was very welcoming--but their follow up process could use some work--if I give that much of my time, I at least expect a no thank you email.
