Initial interview with the CEO followed by a “paid test”, editing one of their YouTube videos. However when I came to invoicing them for the work, they claimed that wasn’t part of the deal. Refused to pay. They also turned me down because they were “looking for someone in London” even though they advertised the job as remote. I would call it a waste of time but looking at the review from employees on here it was a lucky escape.
