Position was positioned as team manager, then during the interview process changed to an IC. Assignment was required. They used it for data mining. Partnership team members were not engaging in interviews. They just wanted information from candidate (me) to help them solve some of their business challenges. Mediocre interview experience.

The longest process ever (in my life I have done a lot of interviews): 7 STEPS! Please be certain of the number of rounds you will have to go through. And the order of the interviews is VERY important: please ensure you get to be interviewed by the hiring and top managers early on in the process. This is because they will ask you to prepare a presentation (for which I received good feedback, just like every earlier step of the process) and put some good hours of work for it, for then having a final round with the top manager (who was also present during the presentation step) who could have the power to basically destroy in 30 min the hours you dedicated to the earlier stages of the process. I have learned that I will never ever, in my professional future, accept to do a presentation if there is still another final and decisive step with a top manager, especially if that person was already present in earlier stages.
