It was honestly a very refreshing process — Typeform believes in creating more meaningful conversations, and that's exactly how the interviews felt! Most tech companies like to throw you at panels where one person asks a question, and then you answer, and then another person asks a question, and so on. It can feel very robotic, but Typeform's approach was very personal. Everyone's warmth made me feel comfortable/confident and it allowed me to really speak to my strengths.
